The Penguin Parade Visitor Centre is a celebrated Victorian tourist destination for many reasons, from its important penguin conservation to the educational brilliance of the exhibition, this centre delivers a significant and special experience for all to enjoy. Importantly, the Swedish Ljus Design lighting is featured throughout the creative display design of the building.

The expert lighting design led by Benjamin Cisterne and exhibition design by Thylacine played a key part in the projects success. Additionally, the Ljus Design Arty and Neo Spotlight range was selected to illuminate the many considered components of this collection. The exception lumen output, perfect colour rendering, clean design and versatile control of these spotlights create an optimal fitting package for exhibition spaces like Penguin Parade.

Congratulations to all involved in this standout project which has been nominated for numerous Australian Design Awards in 2021. For more information on Ljus Design and the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre, please feel free to contact our team.
