The Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory

The Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory (MAGNT), is Darwin's premier cultural and scientific institution which features the Swedish Ljus Design exhibition lighting throughout its considered building design. Located on Larrakia Country in central Darwin, this dynamic space combines several renowned gallery areas, a interactive discovery centre, cafe, shop and lush gardens.

The expert lighting design led by Benjamin Cisterne Design played a key part in the revitalisation of the gallery spaces for this project. The Ljus Design Arty Zoom and Arty Framer fixtures were selected for high-performance, sleek design and flexibility, supplied to MAGNT by one of our reseller Designcase.
