David Roche Gallery: Upgrades with Xicato and Ljusdesign

 

SLD was thrilled to have distributed the Ljusdesign and Xicato lighting systems through our Australian reseller, bluebottle, for the David Roche Gallery.

This private museum is located in North Adelaide and features a historic house museum, a contemporary gallery and a beautifully manicured garden. In the House Museum, Xicato XFL static white, flexible LED linear tape was used to replace and upgrade the existing cabinetry LEDs, enhancing the overall presentation of the original displays. In addition, Ljusdesign's, adjustable Gizmo Downlights were installed into the ceiling to provide strategic illumination.

In the contemporary gallery, the in-house team sought premium flexible exhibition spotlights to complement their wall washer fittings. The Ljusdesign, Arty Framers were selected for their zoom and framing versatility, along with the Casambi Bluetooth control and local dimming capabilities. Together with the wall washers, these two fittings offer a complete lighting solution for new exhibitions.
