Dinosaurs Unearthed Takes Over Queensland Museum

SLD was thrilled to have distributed the Ljusdesign lighting system through our New South Wales-based reseller, Art Hanging Systems to Queensland Museum.

In June 2023, Queensland Museum opened its doors to a new permanent exhibition called, 'Dinosaurs Unearthed' a free showcase focused on the ancient creatures that once roamed Queensland.

Our reseller, Art Hanging Systems was engaged to supply the Swedish Ljusdesign Gizmo spotlights and Arty Framers throughout the exhibition displays. These Ljusdesign Gizmo spotlights were selected in many different form factors which included, the Gizmo Adjustable Downlight, Gizmo on Pico Trac and the Gizmo Glass Display Mount. All stragetically installed into the various showcases to light the ancient creatures in different ways.

As one of the most popular Ljusdesign spotlights, the Gizmo delivers exhibition-grade light quality in a discreet form factor. This project has joined the large portfolio of Australian institutions with the Gizmo and Arty lighting system installed throughout the showcases.
