In June 2024, the ACT Government Canberra Hospital Expansion project finally unveiled the welcome hall and reception area to the public, along with an exceptional display of five new commissioned artworks by local artists.

We proudly supplied a collection of six Ljusdesign Neo Framer Wide fittings which were carefully selected as specialised gallery lights by Additive Lighting who believed these would best illuminate the Bradley Mapiva-Brown work in the images above.

Moreover, the artist Bradley Mapiva-Brown was commissioned by the ACT Government to create Ngala Dhawura - Country Of Many Trees curated by Creative Road, for the Canberra Hospital's new Critical Services Building. This artwork pays homage to the sacred woodlands that surround this place of healing and now sits in the main reception area.

Congratulations to all involved, it is a truly special collection of artwork that will remain a key and respected feature to this exciting new building.
