Heide Museum of Modern Art Celebrates Halo Edition

SLD was proud to have distributed the Halo Edition brand to the Heide Museum of Modern Art.

Molto Bello: Icons of Modern Italian Design featured at Heide Museum of Modern Art is an exhibition that celebrates the most significant achievements in the history of twentieth-century Italian design.

The objects of the exhibition feature iconic Italian brands like Vespa and classic furniture styles from lighting to chairs and industrial Italian coffee machines that have all been sourced from public and private collections across Australia.

We are pleased to share that the Halo Edition brand was selected as a significant Italian lighting collection that would make up part of this exhibition. With the vision of the Heide curatorial and design team, SLD assisted with the supply of a Halo Giga Lamp in Sunset Red.

Congratulations to the Heide Museum of Modern Art. This dynamic exhibition which spans across a 60-year period, with Italian designs that inspired countless mid-century Australian makers is a collection to remember.
